Marketing and Communications Coordinator | Full or Part-Time

Job Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious Marketing and Communications Coordinator to manage and boost the company’s brand and cultivate relations with clients, industry, and community. The ideal candidate holds exemplary written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills, and is social media savvy, creative, technologically intuitive, resourceful, and organized. This new role requires versatility and initiative and is likely to evolve with the individual to reflect the individual’s strengths and interests, along with the growth of the company. The position provides a unique opportunity to combine a personal enthusiasm for modern interior design and architecture with a professional passion for effective communications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create content and manage digital and publishing platforms and related analytics
  • Write compelling copy and brand deliverables
  • Generate, track, and report new media opportunities
  • Market research, initiatives and outreach
  • Plan and execute portfolio photoshoots and special events
  • Client appreciation initiatives
  • Qualify, prioritize and manage diverse workload
  • Develop extensive knowledge and understanding of the company and industry, both regionally and globally, in order to compellingly present its brand and cultivate relations

Necessary Skills and Requirements:

  • 2-3 years professional or educational experience in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or other related field
  • Exemplary communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills
  • Keenness for visual arts and modern design
  • Strategic and creative thinker
  • Proficiency with WordPress and HTML
  • Proficiency with SEO and Google analytics
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, retouching and formatting, and graphic design layout
  • Ability to learn new technology and stay current with latest marketing trends
  • Ability to work independently and as a team-player
  • Must be dependable, have good judgement and a highly developed sense of responsibility
  • Familiarity with the local market a plus
  • Ability to work some evenings, weekends and travel

KITCHEN DESIGN AND SALES SPECIALIST

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide our guests and clients with unsurpassed service and expertise throughout the sales, design and installation process of our kitchens.
  • Comprehensive responsibilities include: selling, designing, contracts, order entry and management, site visits, overseeing deliveries and installations.
  • Maintain a clean and attractive showroom appearance that will enhance sales.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Uphold our Company and Brand Values of Integrity, Teamwork, and Client Satisfaction.

Necessary Skills and Requirements:

  • 1+years kitchen sales and design experience, preferably in the high-end European industry
  • Excellent relationship-selling and client-focused sales skills
  • Proficiency with Sketch Up or similar kitchen design programs
  • Ability to design in metric, preferably with previous experience
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings
  • Keen eye for modern design
  • Solution-oriented with exceptional follow through
  • Strong skills in communication, multi-tasking and performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing and able to learn our products and systems
  • Must be organized and highly detail-oriented
  • Must be flexible, dependable, have good judgment and a highly developed sense of responsibility
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Be a team player, but also have the ability to take initiative and ownership in projects and be able to work well without direct supervision
  • Travel may be required
  • Familiarity with the local market a plus
